  Chicken Sausage - Mild Italians
52  fl. oz.
  Hunt's Tomato Sauce
8  cups
  Penne Pasta

Directions:

Cut peppers and onion into small pcs.

Cube chicken breast

Place sausage in pan in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes

Saute peppers, onions and cubed chicken with 1 tsp olive oil until peppers are soft and chicken is browned.

In crock pot place 2 cans of tomato sauce and heat.

Add sauted mix to sauce.

Remove sausage from oven and slice into coins, then add to mixture

Simmer in crock pot on high for 2 hours.

Cook pasta
10 Plate 3/4 cup pasta with cup of sauce and serve.
