  canned sweet corn

  sliced black olives

  stewed tomatoes
30  oz.
  canned tomato sauce
1/2  cup
  yellow onion

brown ground beef with chopped onion and tbsp of taco seasoning and salt and black pepper to taste.

use large pot or crock pot and combine all canned items on medium heat with remaining taco seasoning.

add ground beef mixture to other ingredients and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.
May add shredded low fat cheese to top and fat free sour cream and crumbled tortilla chips to finish but this will change nutritional facts.
